My name is Sam Tsang and I have over 15 years of cooking experience in my family restaurant that serves Asian and Pacific rim food and I have studied at Leith's cooking school and Billingsgate cooking school.

I have appeared on Masterchef goes large, Chef Versus Britian and Britain's Best Dish.
I also do catering for private dinner parties from 8-40 people.

I teach a variety of cuisines ranging from Japanese, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese and Modern European.

My cooking classes are individually tailored to your requirements.
You can select the dishes you would like to learn and then on the day I will arrive at your house and teach you to cook them, all in the comfort of your own home.

I will buy all the fresh ingredients on the day and provide any specialist cooking equipment that may be required.

During the classes I will demonstrate each recipe and then help you recreate the dish yourself.
After taking one of my classes you will have the confidence and knowledge to execute a homemade gourmet feast.

You wil be provided with a handout of all the recipes with detailed instructions, names & addresses of suppliers, a glossary of ingredients & equipment, an itemised and quantified shopping list and a schedule for cooking times.
