We have over 100 colours of decoden cream, 40 drips and over 4000 resin charms, gems, sprinkles and glitters to choose from!

Naturally we will add more charms with each workshop!

 

 

 

Monthly public workshop

We run our public workshop on the first Saturday of every month at

St. Nicholaas Lyceum.

The workshop is a fully taught instructor lead session.
In the first hour you will be taught how to create a paper design and then how to use the creams and practise piping.
The remaining 90 minutes is for you to create your artwork.

The workshop usually lasts about 2.5 hours.

During the workshop we will play a K-pop and J-pop soundtrack.
We also provide some snack and drinks in case you get hungry or thirsty.

1. Three photocard Toploaders. €30
You will get to choose 4 large Charms , 4 medium charms and 8 small charms and 3 creams.

2. One Jumbo claw hairclip and two small hairclips. €35
You will get to choose 4 large Charms , 4 medium charms and 8 small charms and 3 creams.

3. Mirror. €40
You will get to choose 4 large Charms, 4 medium charms and 8 small charms and 3 creams.

4. 10x15cm Photoframe. €40
You will get to choose 4 large Charms, 4 medium charms and 8 small charms and 3 creams.

5. Phone case*. €35
You will get to choose 4 large Charms, 4 medium charms and 8 small charms and 3 creams.

*You need to bring your own harrd polycarbonate phone case to decorate. Soft silicone cases are not recommended as the cream glue may not stick properly.

5. Group booking for 8 people. €240
A discounted group booking ticket for a group of 8 people.
You can select any item to decorate and have 4 large Charms, 4 medium charms and 8 small charms and 3 creams.

Workshops can be conducted in English or Dutch.

 

Birthday parties and private workshops

We are available for private workshops, birthday parties, team building and corporate entertainment events.

For small groups of 8 people or less we would recommend joining one of our monthly public workshops above.

If your group is larger than 10 people than a private workshop would be more flexible.

We have several locations available to use
Saturday - St. Nicolaas Lyceum
Sunday - Buurt Huis Lydia or Huis Van De Wijk, De Pijp.

We provide all crafting materials and equipment, including aprons and gloves.
We also include 3 bottles of soft drinks, 3 bags of potato chips, lollipops and paper cups.

Private workshops are for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 people per session.
If you require a larger capacity we can source a larger venue.

Private workshop prices at one of our venues.
10 people : €350 (€35/person)
11-15 people : €450 (€30/person)
16-20 people : €550 (€27.50/person)

If you want to arrange your own location we can travel to your venue.
Your venue will need to be large enough for all participants to be seated at a table to work, we also need 4 additional tables to set up the charms, creams and tools.

Additional charges.
Travel charge - We charge €30 for travel within the Amsterdam ring road area. (A10, A1, A9, A5).
We charge an additional €2/km for locations outside of the Amsterdam ring road area.

Parking - We charge this at cost.
If there is free parking at your venue then we will not charge.
The maximum we will charge is €35 for a 4 hour period.

Conventions, Festivals and Events.

We love running our workshop at conventions and festivals.
This was our workshop at AnimeconNL 2024

We are planning to be at AnimeconNL 2025,
Abunai 2025 and Heroes Made in Asia 2025.

We will post more details when they have been finalised.

To run our workshop we need a space with enough tables and chairs for the participants and to layout our art materials.

Commissions

We are happy to accept commissions for custom made pieces.
If you want an unique phone case, art piece or gift created just email us.

You can choose the object, cream colours, charms and style of decoration.

We will send you a quote and an initial layout drawing before beginning the work.

About Us.

Dream Decoden was setup by Camryn and Remy with help from their father Sam.


Camryn and Remy are primary school children that fell in love with decoden but found that they could not find any places in the Netherlands to do it!
So they set up their own workshop to share their favourite hobby with everyone.

We are the first and only decoden workshop provider in the whole of the Netherlands!

 

Sam is a stay at home father, a cooking workshop teacher, an origami teacher, paper florist and the author of'The Book of Mindful Origami' and 'The Magic of Mindful Origami'.
